Nikkei Nine

EXCLUSIVE DESIGN RESTAURANT IN THE HEART OF HAMBURG

In keeping with the culinary concept that forges a fascinating bridge between Japanese and Peruvian cuisine, the interior layout has also been designed in an excitingly innovative way. The centrepiece of the restaurant is a spectacular show kitchen, which dispenses with the conventional delimitation of the dining area and is also accessible to guests. Another highlight is the "double loaded" bar with seating on both sides where you can enjoy lunch or dinner in an especially casual atmosphere.

Just as remarkable as the overall concept are the furnishing details of the Nikkei Nine. The straightforward yet elegant interior displays a colour concept based on gold, cognac, amber and black and utilises only handpicked products. The upholstered furniture is a special edition from JAB ANSTOETZ Furniture and each chair, armchair, bar stool, sofa and bench has been carefully manufactured by hand. The covers and decorations have been created using 25 different fabrics from the multifaceted portfolio of JAB ANSTOETZ Fabrics and Carlucci di Chivasso. For the floor covering, a warm wood design of the Design Floor LVT line has been selected. Thanks to its natural grain the high-class vinyl floor covering from JAB ANSTOETZ Flooring harmonises perfectly with the wood elements of the exclusive furniture.
