With MALIBU Indoor & Outdoor, we present a collection that translates the vitality of the Californian coast into a textile design language. Inspired by the light, the vibrant colours and the ease of the West Coast lifestyle, this indoor/outdoor collection combines striking design with brilliant colours. The result is style-defining upholstery fabrics for places of well-being, whether indoors or outdoors.
One of the collection’s strengths is that its fabrics can be coordinated very intuitively. MALIBU plays with different designs whose styles and colour palettes are perfectly coordinated. Elegant neutrals and powerful accents are in harmonious balance, with the colour spectrum ranging from sand, bronze and turmeric to natural off-white and grey shades, and to bold midnight blue, turquoise, raspberry and fresh May green.

The use of supple bouclé yarns is another defining feature of this high-quality collection. This creates textile designs that are not only casual and stylish, but also very cosy – whether on terraces and balconies or in pool and wellness areas. At the same time, the polypropylene upholstery fabrics easily meet the typical requirements for living and leisure areas, such as light fastness, quick drying, washability and chlorine resistance.
The centrepiece of the collection is the modern, finely drawn check pattern MALIBU with its sporty character. The checked fabric is complemented by plains and other elegant designs: the striking block stripe CALIFORNIA, the graphic all-over pattern VENTURA and SANTA MONICA, a decorative ikat design. BEVERLY, a finely structured plain bouclé with matching spot colours, draws all the designs into a harmonious whole.
The collection is completed by two all-rounders: BEACH, a Panama weave plain made from recycled material, can be used as an upholstery and as a decoration fabric. The finely grained, flame-retardant GAUCHITO showcases its outdoor qualities in eleven select colours.
