Seit 80 Jahren werden in der JAB ANSTOETZ Group bei der täglichen Arbeit Werte gelebt, die für die Mitarbeiter*innen auch Leuchtturm ihres täglichen Tuns darstellen.
Diese wichtigen Werte haben sich in der Bedeutung und im Stellenwert in den vergangenen Dekaden durch den Wandel der Zeit immer wieder mal verändert. So wie auch die Vision und die Mission der JAB ANSTOETZ Group sich immer wieder mal verändert haben.
We are very pleased to be able to present to you the new mission statement of the JAB ANSTOETZ Group, which expresses our self-image and our corporate philosophy.
The mission statement should always be an orientation for all of us in our daily work – internally and externally to our business partners – and provide an answer to the question of what the JAB ANSTOETZ Group stands for.
Many employees from the different areas of our company have worked on the new mission statement, our self-image, for which we are very grateful. This is the only way we can live it authentically in the future and identify with it in the long term.
For more than 75 years, the common vision has been the “red thread” for our actions: »We make sure that people feel comfortable and secure whether at home or away.«
In a rapidly changing world, we trust in the future and our strengths as a financially independent, medium-sized family business.
Values
The values we embody in our day-to-day work form the basis for the continuous development of our company. They shape the way we think and act, and guide us in our business decisions. We regard responsibility as an integral part of our day-to-day work.
Moderation
We are self-confident, but never arrogant. Rather, we bring our strengths to bear with consideration and caution.
Flexibilty
We are aware of the fact that we always need to be ready for change. Only if we advance and adapt we can continue to be successful.
Ambition
We set ourselves the highest of standards. To reach and even exceed them is our incentive and challenge.
