Sous le nom ICONS - Carpets with Soul, JAB ANSTOETZ Flooring a invité six designers de renom à imaginer des tapis d’exception et à les développer avec notre équipe de créateurs internes de JAB Flooring The Design Company. Chaque dessin de la collection incarne la volonté de réinterpréter la technique traditionnelle du tuft, tout en racontant une histoire visuelle née de l’univers artistique de créateurs peu conventionnels, venus de trois continents.
Le résultat est aussi éloquent qu’inspirant : ICONS célèbre le tapis comme un véritable langage artistique cosmopolite. Le voyage nous mène de Milan à Prague, de Bangkok à Los Angeles, en passant par Düsseldorf, avant de revenir à notre point d’ancrage : Bielefeld. Dans ce tourbillon d’idées, de couleurs, de formes et de savoir-faire artisanal, chaque pièce se distingue comme une œuvre unique, tuftée à la main en Thaïlande par des maîtres artisans, à partir de fils de qualité supérieure.

The Thai textile artist, designer and lecturer has dedicated herself to the globally important issue of sustainability by exploring the possibilities of innovative textile art and production. Based on a deep appreciation for nature and Thai textile craftsmanship, Jarupatcha Achavasmit uses and recycles textile materials, among other things, for her minimalist designs.
Srinlim Design Studio

The graphic and textile designer of Thai-Chinese descent grew up in Bangkok's old town and has transformed the light, culture and vitality of her homeland into an emotional design that is full of visual vitality and knows how to tell original stories.
