Architecture meets corporate culture

Upvest is not just an innovative fintech company – behind the name is a visionary team with a clear focus on the future. We were commissioned to design and implement the office design for the new company headquarters in the renowned Chipperfield building in Berlin. Spread over three floors with a total area of 1,650 m², a modern workplace for 108 employees has been created – with a view of the TV tower and Alexanderplatz.

The flexible design reflects Upvest's open, dynamic culture: open workspaces promote collaboration and agility. As general contractor, we accompanied the project from the shell construction phase to the turnkey handover – efficiently, on schedule and with high-quality implementation.

The central meeting place is the spacious kitchen on the third floor – the social area. It invites interaction and creates a communicative atmosphere. The design is part of the redevelopment of the historic Bötzow brewery site and underlines the demand for a modern working environment.

Two custom-made curtain combinations from Gardisette were used for the textile furnishings.
