Under the guidance of master chef Christoph Rüffer, the gourmet meeting point has been awarded two Michelin stars, 19 Gault-Millau points and 4½ out of 5 possible gourmand Fs. The interior of the Haerlin is no less exciting than the delicacies on the menu. The exclusive ambience is kept in warm shades of nougat and cream, garnished with subtle accents in gold and green. The elegant upholstered armchairs were specially designed for the star restaurant by JAB ANSTOETZ Furniture and prove to be exceptionally comfortable even after the sixth course. The textiles from JAB ANSTOETZ Fabrics coordinate beautifully here and round-off the tasteful look of the dining room with their exquisite qualities.
