Unsere Verantwortung
Kreativität, Leidenschaft und zielorientiertes Handeln prägen unser Unternehmen seit 1946. Die Herausforderungen haben sich seitdem verändert, unser Anspruch an ein offenes und partnerschaftliches Miteinander ist geblieben. Das gilt für die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Geschäftspartnern weltweit ebenso wie für den Austausch innerhalb unseres Unternehmens. So bringen wir unterschiedliche Kompetenzen zusammen und arbeiten gemeinsam an unseren Zielen.
Verantwortungsvolles unternehmerisches Handeln berührt viele Bereiche. Dazu gehören für uns unter anderem der Umgang mit Energie und Ressourcen, Emissionen, Luft und Wasser sowie die Vermeidung und Reduzierung von Abfällen.
Ebenso wichtig ist uns der Umgang miteinander. Gegenseitiger Respekt, der Austausch von Wissen und Erfahrungen sowie ein Arbeitsumfeld, das Vielfalt, Integration und Inklusion berücksichtigt, sind Teil unseres Selbstverständnisses.
Auch an unsere Produkte, unsere Produktion und unsere internen Abläufe stellen wir hohe Anforderungen. Bestehende Prozesse werden deshalb regelmäßig betrachtet und weiterentwickelt. Dabei beschäftigen wir uns mit ökologischen und sozialen Fragestellungen ebenso wie mit den Anforderungen, die sich für unser Unternehmen und unsere Produkte daraus ergeben. Diese Themen begleiten unsere weitere Entwicklung und werden kontinuierlich überprüft.
Our sustainability goals
Creativity, passion, goal-oriented action: This has been our driving force since 1946. The challenges at that time were different, but the philosophy remained the same: An open relationship, between us and our business partners all over the world, but also inside our company, at all levels, with every single individual. This is how we create trust, use synergies and achieve what we set out to do.
Sustainable action for the good of the environment and social interaction has always been one of our most important concerns. We want to keep getting better in this too. Sustainability - this does not only concern the climate, the quality of the air, the CO2 balance, the protection of the water, the containment of waste and the economical use of energy.
In a figurative sense, the way in which people interact with one another, respect one another despite individual differences, learn from one another and live in integration and inclusion is also sustainable. Every single company, every single person is equally challenged and in demand here. We have the highest demands. On our products, on our production, on all of us. We go the distance for sustainability and for a good climate. This is on our agenda and is our incentive.

The continuous development of a group of companies is a collaborative process. Open dialogue and cooperation with managers, employees, suppliers, partners and other stakeholders play an important role for us.
We continuously review our internal processes and the way we work together across our group of companies. Different perspectives, experiences and requirements form part of this work.
Together with our partners, we aim to continue this dialogue and further develop our processes and solutions. We look forward to continuing our collaboration.
